Anthony is an award-winning media and theatre producer, consultant and academic with a background producing digital media and live performance. 


He was CEO of Magic Lantern Productions, has been a member of the Content Board of OfCOM, a Gambling Commissioner and Founding Chair of the AHRC Creative Industries Clusters Programme. He holds a Professorship of Creative Industries at Ulster University where he also chairs the board of Studio Ulster as well as being a board member of UK Theatre. 


Anthony oversees the board and advises TIME + SPACE and its clients on strategy, education and policy matters.

Piers is a visionary leader in creative real estate, cultural regeneration, and entertainment-led development, with over 20 years’ experience delivering commercially and socially impactful placemaking projects across the UK. 


As co-founder of TIME + SPACE, he has led on major mixed-use schemes in London, Birmingham, Manchester and more recently in the North East of England, all of which blend creative industries with community benefit and long-term economic renewal. 


He brings a rare combination of strategic oversight, industry fluency, and delivery acumen, with proven ability to structure operator models, engage stakeholders, and shape compelling place narratives.

Anna has extensive experience in business strategy and communications, having played an instrumental role in shaping reputations and managing public communications across high-profile regeneration schemes. She co-founded Coverdale Barclay and has led communications for transformative projects such as Manchester City Centre, Wembley Park, and London’s Carnaby Street. 


Anna is currently leading on brand and strategic communications for The Production Village and The Northern Studios in Hartlepool and is responsible for business development and external communications for TIME + SPACE. She has also mentored communications professionals in theatre, music and fashion and was a former committee member for the Kingston International Film Festival (KIFF).

Jules has always worked on the commercial side of media businesses and now has a specific focus on the Film + TV industry, working across a variety of consultative roles and projects that are all based around generating revenue and developing businesses across Film + TV studios, production companies and production service companies.


He has worked at Pinewood Studios as Head of Business Development where they invested in businesses and gained board approval for acquisitions. He recently worked for PACT working with the UK’s production companies and before that ScreenSkills, helping to create the new unscripted fund.

David has over 25 years in accounting as a Finance Director in film and TV and brings extensive experience from roles at Zig Zag TV, SO Television, and VAL TV. His expertise aids owner-managed companies in growth and exit strategies, notably overseeing the acquisition of Wimbledon Film + TV Studios from Talkback Thames for £5 million in 2010.  


As Finance Director, David played a pivotal roles at leading UK film studios including Twickenham Film Studios, Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre and Digbeth Loc. Studios, offering diverse skills in corporate finance, strategic planning, and commercial business advice.

Jason, a Chartered Surveyor, is a highly experienced specialist in Brownfield Urban + Waterfront Regeneration projects having operated at CEO/Board level in both quoted and private companies across real estate, infrastructure, transport and marine sectors.


Extensive experience over the past 30 years has been gained across the UK in the identification and successful delivery of complex urban regeneration, mixed-use projects.

Nick is a founding Director of Coplan and brings more than 25 years of experience in property investment and development, together with a proven ability to anticipate and capitalise on emerging market trends. This is evidenced by his pioneering work in the town centre regeneration sector. 


Prior to founding Coplan, Nick was a Regional Director at St Modwen Properties PLC, where he led a portfolio of high-profile projects and strategic partnerships across the South East. During this period, several major town centre developments were successfully delivered or progressed to construction. The Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, which Nick acquired on behalf of the Company, remains a cornerstone of one of London’s largest and most significant urban regeneration projects.

With more than 25 years’ experience in property investment and development, Paul has led the acquisition, leasing, asset management, and disposal of diverse commercial property portfolios. He specialises in structuring and delivering complex partnerships with creative and operational occupiers, leading stakeholder engagement, and shaping Invitations to Tender (ITT), commercial agreements, and lease documentation. 


Paul brings particular strength in advising on procurement strategy and governance, underpinned by extensive agency experience and a proven track record in high-value deal-making across the real estate sector. Prior to Coplan, Paul was the founding Director of a specialist corporate property consultancy, where he advised PLCs, institutional investors, third-sector organisations, and major occupiers.
