We acquired an under-utilised building and prime commercial asset which we developed into Wimbledon Studios, a studio complex that hosted world class productions and became a major creative hub in South West London.

The 250,000 square foot complex comprised film stages, multi-camera TV studios and a 40,000 square foot media village that was fully let to a cluster of creative businesses and freelancers.
