TIME + SPACE advised on a commercially viable concept to take The Mustard Factory (famous home of Colmans Mustard since 1814) into a bright new era.
Our concept is to unlock the 64 acre site into a place of enterprise. Comprising a rich cluster of tech, digital and creative SMEs who can co-exist and collaborate as part of a major mixed-use development scheme in Norwich city centre.
