CREATE was a street festival operated by TIME + SPACE in 2019 to celebrate the history of Hornsey Town Hall, as the building closed before major development work was to begin on site.
Visitors enjoyed a day of live music, dance, crafts, graffiti, virtual reality, films and street food. The community celebrated the building, which has played a key part in the area for many years and which will; after extensive renovation, has become the Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre.
