MAKE THE PLACE
Our Purpose
TIME + SPACE are destination developers, delivering transformational placemaking through experience clustering. We cultivate the experiential and economic conditions where places & people thrive.
How We Deliver
We bring industry demand through market intelligence and deep understanding to develop inspiring, future ready places.
Our Value
Our creatively driven approach to real estate, maximises returns on investment and delivers sustainable ventures. From concept to reality, our integrated approach ensures every project is built to last — financially sound, socially meaningful, and operationally successful.
We partner with councils, investors and developers, alongside global content creators, film studios, international media businesses, and creative + cultural institutions to drive regeneration and unlock long-term value.
TIME + SPACE has been an outstanding and engaging partner in helping us consult on, develop and deliver the vision for Hartlepool’s new Production Village and Film Studios. Their understanding of the screen industries, combined with a highly professional and pragmatic approach, has made them exceptionally easy to work with. They bring clarity, credibility and momentum to a highly complex project, work collaboratively with all the multi sector partners involved, helping shape a transformational development that will create real jobs, attract inward investment and support long-term economic growth into Hartlepool.
